vip9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vip9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

vip9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vip9 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the vip9 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
